Can the RAB be exported?

Yes. Every RAB exports to PDF and Excel with your company logo, ready to send to clients as an official quotation.

Do clients need to pay or install an app?

No. Clients simply open a link and enter the passport code you share — no account, no installation.

Is there a limit on the number of projects?

None. Both Free and Premium plans support unlimited projects, sub-projects, and tasks.

Are WhatsApp notifications supported?

Yes. Task status changes, revision requests, and client approvals are sent as automatic WhatsApp notifications.

Can I upgrade from Free to Premium?

Anytime. All your data — projects, team, and approval history — carries over automatically, no manual migration.

Is team training available?

Yes. The Premium plan includes an online onboarding session for your whole team, in Bahasa Indonesia.
