Delete Account & Data
If you'd like your Ruangku account and personal data deleted, fill out the form below. We'll verify your request and then process it.
Once verified, we'll delete your profile data (name, email, phone number, profile photo), attendance history (including location and clock-in/out photos), attachments (photos/videos/documents) you uploaded yourself, your conversation history with the "Tanya Ruangku" AI assistant, and your push notification token. For data that's also used by other team members and forms part of your company's operational records (e.g. project history, budgets/RAB, or official reports), deletion follows the data policy of the company you're registered under -- we'll help coordinate with your company's admin.
Requests are processed within 30 business days of your account identity being verified.
